These are absolutely delish, an easy make-ahead breakfast and of course healthy. Recipe below ⬇️
Mix together dry ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Mash together
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 C. almond butter
1 1/2 C unsweetened Almond milk
1 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs Honey (I used @santa_barbara_hives avocado honey) 😋
Preheat oven to 375•F
In an 8x11 inch baking dish, combine dry ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, vanilla, almond milk, almond butter and chia seeds. Let sit for a few min for chia seeds to soak up the goods.
Pour wet ingredients over the dry oat mixture in the baking pan. (I used parchment paper to line the pan)
Bake in the oven at 375 for about 25-30 minutes.
I pressed blackberries on top 5 minutes before I took these bad boys out of the oven.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle almond butter and honey, cut and serve.
The prep time for this recipe is 10 min and can be stored in the fridge for 5 days. Enjoy!
