Santa Barbara Hives Honey
2 racks of ribs
Lemon Pepper Powder
- Cut each rack in half.
- Slather ribs in Honey Mustard Sauce and sprinkle 1 TBS Garlic and 1 TBS Lemon Powder per 1/2 rack and marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Thaw for an hour. Pre-heat grill or oven on medium heat.
- Cook ribs side down first for 15 mins, flip for another 15 on low
- Coat with BBQ Sauce, drizzle with Honey and return to heat for another 3mins. Close lid to grill if you have one.
- Serve and enjoy!
