Avocado Blossom Honey: Dark, unusual, with notes of molasses. Our bees are on 700 acres of avocados in Carpinteria, CA. Pairs beautifully with cheese, ice cream, meat and more. Used by Noma, the 5 times #1 restaurant in the world, famous for so many things including their brilliant use of atypical ingredients.
Chaparral Honey: Like a wine appellation, Chaparral refers to the mountainous geographic region in Southern California. Bees forage on multiple floral sources like Toyon, Buckwheat, Manzanita, Sage and more.
Sage Honey: Possibly the sweetest and lightest in color, sage is often preferred in tea or coffee.
Wildflower: "Mille fleurs" or "Mille Flores", wildflower is from multiple floral sources as the bees visit 1 million flowers and travel 50,000 miles in a lifetime. In our case, flowers across Santa Barbara County aka The American Riviera.
Raw, unfiltered, honey in glass, wide mouth, jars with metal lids.
Sizes: Net Weight 3oz, 12oz, 20oz, 1.5lbs, 3lbs
